Time is ticking down. I'm less than 48 hours away from my morning flight out of O'Hare bound for Tokyo. My emotions are still slowly building in anticipation, but the magnitude of this trip still seems too surreal. I'll be traveling to three countries in Asia: Japan, South Korea, and China, quintessential Asia.
At this time, I'm pretty much all packed. I moved all my belongings out of my house and I'm ready. I'm just wondering now where I'm going to sleep tonight. I packed up my pillow and sheets a bit too prematurely. Do I dare sleep on a bare mattress?
